Senior Accountant (Real Estate & Rental Properties)

We are looking for a Senior Accountant capable of working independently closing the books during month end closing, covering full sets of accounting work, including familiar with accounts receivables on rental collections, rental invoicing, and manage payables. You will also enjoy doing some financial analysis on management reporting.

Our client belongs to wealthy family office and have several businesses across Asia. If you enjoy working in a fun environment, hardworking, dedicated, non-jumpy and have experience in Leasing and Accounting Finance on rental properties - residential/commercial/hospitality, please feel free to apply.

Language requirements - English, Mandarin, Cantonese

Education background - Degree

Professional qualification - Prefer qualified accountant, CA or CPA

Work background - Ex-auditors will have strong preference
