Health supplement production general manager

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual production plans and budgets, achieve production targets and control costs

• Supervise the implementation of the product quality management system, ensure that all products comply with national and international relevant laws and regulations

• Coordinate R&D, procurement, logistics and other cross-functional collaborations to drive new products smoothly into production

• Continuous optimization of production processes and equipment management, improving automation levels and production efficiency

• Have a university degree or above, biological engineering, food science, pharmacy or related professional is preferred

• Having more than five years of production management experience in the Hong Kong health supplement or healthy food industry, with a general manager or high-level management position experience

• Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, able to communicate fluently in written and oral form

• Familiar with GMP, HACCP, ISO, etc. production quality management system, with practical experience in responding to audits and certifications

• Good health and well-being, able to withstand higher work pressure, and able to adapt to occasional business trips and shift supervision
