<p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Salary: Negotiable</p><p><strong>Responsibilities: </strong> </p><p>-Manage the company's Chinese social media platforms, e.g. : Xiaohongshu/Douyin/Maimai/WeChat and other Chinese social and shopping platforms;</p><p>-Handling customer inquiries and responding to them to increase new customers, build and maintain good relationships with customers, and build brand awareness for the group;</p><p>-Close cooperation with internal and external parties;</p><p>-Complete temporary assignments from your supervisor</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements: </strong></p><p>- Marketing or related academic discipline; </p><p>- 1 year of customer service experience; </p><p>- 1 year of beauty experience/beauty intern experience can be given priority; </p><p>- Good communication and organizational skills; </p><p>- Familiar with various social media platforms and build communities e.g. Meituan, WeChat, Weibo, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, etc.;</p><p></p><p>- Welcome domestic platform students to apply; hold a Hong Kong ID; live in Hong Kong</p><p>Working hours: (10:00-19:00) (5 days work, with a chance of rotating shifts)</p>
