Community & Operations Support Officer (Project & Event)

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Operations and stakeholder management:</p><p>· Work closely with the Manager to oversee daily activities of the care food manufacturing operations, ensuring production quality and meeting sales target.</p><p>· Work with the Manager to support on sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.</p><p>· Engage and collaborate with internal departments, external stakeholders, and community partners to support organizational goals.</p><p>· Manage customer interactions including inquiries, prepare quotations, after-sales service, sales tracking, etc.</p><p>· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to support business development and growth initiatives.</p><p>· Maintain a CRM system track leads, opportunities and client interactions</p><p>· Represent the organization at community forums, public events, and other external engagements.</p><p>Operation coordination:</p><p>· Assist in planning and executing related events (e.g. community fair, cooking demonstrations, seminars, workshops, etc.), including staffing, set up and equipment needs.</p><p>· Execute projects by collecting relevant data, conducting analysis and research, developing deliverables, implementing initiatives, and monitoring impacts.</p><p></p><p>Reporting and Analysis:</p><p>· Prepare regular sales and operations reports for management.</p><p>· Analyze customer feedback and operational data to improve service quality.</p><p>· Track KPIs and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.</p><p>· Track project milestones, manage budgets, and monitor KPIs to ensure project objectives are met.</p><p>· Support the fulfilment of projects and grant applications</p><p>· Resolve ad-hoc and critical issues swiftly to minimize disruption and maintain operational stability.</p><p></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>· Diploma /Degree in Food production / Operation Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines.</p><p>· 1-2 years relevant experience</p><p>· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)</p><p>· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</p><p>· Good command of written and spoken Chinese and basic English</p><p>· Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure</p><p>· Detail-minded, well-organized and sensitive to figures, self-motivated and willing to take up challenges.</p><p></p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p>· Five days work, may need to work offsite and on Saturdays (compensation leave and advance notice will be provided)</p><p>· Annual Leave 14 to 21 days</p><p>· Medical and Dental Insurance</p><p>· Birthday Leave, Marriage and Compassionate Leave</p><p>· Study Allowance</p><p>· Children's Scholarship</p><p>· Free Breakfast, Free Snacks and Drinks</p><p>· Annual Discretionary Bonus</p><p><br></p>
