<p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</li><li>2+ years of experience in a cloud support or system administration role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <strong>Alibaba Cloud</strong> (Aliyun) platform services and architecture.</li><li>Understanding of cloud networking concepts: VPC, NAT Gateway, VPN, SLB, PrivateLink.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Linux/UNIX system administration</strong>.</li><li>Familiarity with cloud monitoring and logging tools (e.g., CloudMonitor, ActionTrail).</li><li>Scripting skills in <strong>Shell, Python, or PowerShell</strong>.</li><li>Good understanding of <strong>DevOps tools</strong> and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Certification in Alibaba Cloud (e.g., ACA, ACP) is a big plus.</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience with hybrid cloud or multi-cloud environments.</li><li>Working knowledge of databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB on cloud platforms.</li><li>Knowledge of containers and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes).</li><li>Familiarity with Alibaba Cloud’s security services (e.g., Cloud Firewall, DDoS Protection, WAF).</li></ul>
