Job Title: Software Development Engineer

• Lead the full life cycle development of financial projects, covering requirement analysis, system design, core module development, unit and integration testing, and deployment.

• Closely collaborate with product managers, deeply understand customer business scenarios and compliance requirements, participate in feature planning and user experience design, and ensure that technical solutions and business objectives are highly aligned.

• Support the full process of overseas product delivery, including localization adaptation, environment deployment, cross-border integration, UAT collaboration and post-release technical support, and continuously track customer usage feedback to drive iterative optimization.

• Assist the general manager in completing the product's external output materials, including but not limited to technical white papers, solution briefs (PPT), API files, customer training manuals, etc., in Chinese and English bilingual writing and maintenance.

• Participate in technical architecture evolution discussions, focusing on high concurrency, low latency, multi-currency settlement, etc. financial scenarios, and continuously optimize microservice governance, containerized deployment, and data consistency guarantee mechanism.

• Have a bachelor's degree or above, and have accumulated at least 8 years of practical experience in developing financial information systems, those with experience in building bank core systems, cross-border payments, foreign exchange spot and forward transactions or international settlement platforms are preferred.

• Deep understanding of banking business knowledge, familiar with SWIFT, ISO 20022, PCI DSS, AML/KYC, etc. International financial standards and regulatory requirements, able to accurately translate business rules into technical implementation.

• Have excellent logical modeling and problem decomposition skills, be able to independently analyze complex transaction processes, and effectively communicate and coordinate in cross-time zone and cross-cultural teams, and actively push key milestones to the ground.

• Have a high sense of responsibility and ownership, and be able to maintain stable output under high pressure; value teamwork, and be willing to share knowledge and inherit technology.
