Job Responsibilities

1. Comprehensively manage the company's logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, distribution and other links.
2. Optimize the logistics process, reduce logistics costs and improve logistics efficiency.
3. Establish and maintain good cooperative relationship with logistics suppliers.
4. Develop and implement logistics emergency plan to ensure the continuity of logistics operations.
5. Lead and manage the logistics team to improve the overall performance of the team.
   Requirements
6. Bachelor degree or above, preferably majoring in logistics management, supply chain management, etc.
7. 1-3 years of experience in logistics management, preferably in e-commerce logistics management.
8. Familiar with the logistics operation process and related laws and regulations, with rich knowledge of logistics management.
9. Excellent leadership, communication and coordination skills, and team management skills.
10. Strong data analysis and problem solving ability, able to cope with complex logistics challenges.
