Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the interior store renovation project, including masonry, carpentry, painting, ceiling and floor installation, etc. basic procedures.
Properly manage and maintain personal tools and on-site shared equipment, keep the construction site clean and orderly, and implement basic safety protection measures.
Participate in the completion acceptance, assist in correcting detailed problems (such as gap treatment, color difference adjustment, hardware installation, etc.), and ensure that the delivery quality meets the standard.

Work requirements

Have practical experience in interior shop or commercial space renovation, familiar with common building materials (such as gypsum board, plywood, tiles, PVC floor, latex paint, etc.) properties and construction methods.
Able to independently complete basic mud and water plastering, wooden frame construction, ceiling hanging and wall painting, etc. multiple processes, with basic reading and drawing ability.
Preference will be given to those with a valid construction worker registration certificate ("red card") or relevant trade skills certification.
Work seriously and responsibly, with good communication awareness and team spirit, and able to adapt to different store operating hours (such as overnight or non-business hours construction)
