Sales Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling daily sales documents, familiar with using Microsoft Office software to create and manage quotation and delivery orders.
• Manage the order process for HKTVmall and other e-commerce platforms, including receiving orders, handling goods, and arranging for delivery.
• Coordinate logistics transportation arrangements to ensure goods are delivered to customers on time and track delivery status.
• Follow up with customers through phone, WhatsApp or email, providing instant and professional responses to their inquiries.
• Assist sales in following up on closed-circuit television installation projects and supporting the smooth progress of the project.

• Have basic computer network knowledge, be able to operate common office software and handle simple technical problems.
• Applicants with electronic products industry work experience will be given priority.
• Familiar with e-commerce platform operation procedures, with HKTVmall-related experience is preferred.
• Good communication skills, able to flexibly respond to customers’ diverse needs.
• Active and positive, responsible, and able to effectively complete tasks under pressure.
