Hong Kong Sales Consultant:
Job Responsibilities
Through the company-provided intention customer resources, screen out the corresponding business target customers, and complete the company's predetermined sales targets.
Communicate with customers through WeChat, phone, and face-to-face interviews to answer their questions about Hong Kong company registration, bank account opening, audit, change, and cancellation of business services.
Proficiently apply sales skills, uncover customers’ potential needs, such as real estate, education and "Hong Kong baby" in related fields, and provide professional consultation services to customers to achieve conversion goals.
Continuously follow up on customer needs, maintain customer relationships, and enhance customer satisfaction and repurchase rate.
Regularly organize customer information and follow-up records, ensure information accuracy and timely feedback on market dynamics.
Work requirements
Secondary seven education or above, good looks, positive and patient, Mandarin standard, those who master English or Cantonese are preferred.
One year or above sales work experience, familiar with Hong Kong company registration, annual audit, audit taxation, bank account opening and other professional business knowledge.
Proficient in using office software such as Word, Excel, PPT, etc., with good document processing skills.
Strong stress resistance, adapt to changes, have a clear sense of purpose and proactive "champion" attitude.
