Responsibilities:
1.Customer support and troubleshooting through phone, email, remote application, or onsite. Incident log reporting and closure
2.Provide on-site application installation and maintenance service
3.Provide related training for client
4.Periodic visits to customers, gathering user requirements and documents for business processes
5.Delivery of customer needs to leaders and sales team for promotion of sales for products and services
Requirement:
1.At least 2 years experiences in ERP industry
2.Bachelor’s degree or above (priority to Computer Science, Finance or related disciplines)
3.Knowledge on Financial Management will be an advantage
4.Knowledge on Database
5.Experience in ERP product (finance, supply chain, etc.) will be an advantage
6.Good communication skills and strong self-learning skills
7.Being collaborative and cooperative and service-oriented
8.Fluency in Cantonese and English
