Responsible for film editing and post-production processing, creating short video content suitable for social platforms (such as Xiaohongshu, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) to enhance brand exposure and user participation.
Assist in the planning and execution of market promotion activities, including online and offline publicity plan execution and progress tracking, to ensure smooth execution and achieve expected benefits.
Support business expansion related administrative and clerical work, including data sorting, customer contact, slide production and market information integration, to help the team improve work efficiency.
Collect market intelligence on social platforms such as Xiaohongshu, analyze popular topics, competitive product dynamics and user feedback, and provide executable content suggestions.
Collaborate with the sales team to brainstorm content ideas, and regularly propose theme planning and execution schemes that meet the target audience's interests.
Work requirements
Have basic film editing skills, familiar with common editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro or Quik, etc. tools operations.
Interested in social media operations, especially familiar with the operation and content ecology of Xiaohongshu platform, those with basic writing skills are preferred.
Active and proactive, with good communication and coordination skills, able to work with the team to complete multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
Have basic Chinese and English reading and writing abilities, and be able to understand simple international market information and internal communication documents.
Stable work hours, willingness to learn new tools and trends, sense of responsibility, and time management skills.
