English Teacher (Full-time)

<p>Duties:</p><p>1. Responsible for the daily teaching work of English courses;</p><p>2. Design effective learning plans based on students’ internship and learning situations, regularly give students simulated exams, and try our best to help students achieve their ideal language test scores;</p><p>3. Actively participate and conduct teaching and research work, and continuously update and iterate teaching materials related to teaching courses;</p><p></p><p>Requirements:</p><p>1. Master's degree or above, with a background of studying in English-speaking countries and a preference for teaching-related fields; IELTS 8.0 or above, with a preference for those who are fluent in English and have high scores in speaking;</p><p>2. Have rich experience in teaching English in classes and one-to-one, with a genuine English accent, and good at helping students improve their scores;</p><p>3. Teaching methods are flexible and diverse, clear and logical, good at activating classroom atmosphere, humorous and practical;</p><p>4. Love the education industry, have a high sense of dedication and responsibility, good communication skills, and recognition of New Oriental's teaching philosophy and culture;</p><p>5. Have a working identity in Hong Kong (Hong Kong citizenship, high-quality talents, IANG, etc.).</p>
