Work Responsibilities

• Assist in unit measurement and related dimensional recording

• Follow up on construction site progress to ensure the project is proceeding as planned

• Follow the supervisor in and out of the construction site, support daily construction and scheduling

• Assist in purchasing, transportation and management of decoration materials

• Assist in following up on engineering materials and suppliers

• Assist in handling engineering files, including reports and drawings

• Organize engineering records to ensure accurate and complete data

• Maintain good communication with designers and the team to ensure the project progresses smoothly

• Use basic digital tools for data input and processing

• Complete other tasks assigned by the company or supervisor

Position requirements

• One or more years of relevant experience is preferred (with architecture/renovation/engineering company experience being even better)

• Those with no relevant experience but interested in entering the industry will also be considered (on-the-job training will be provided)

• Positive work attitude, sense of responsibility, and good discipline

• Careful, well-organized, and able to handle work independently

• Have basic communication skills, able to work with master and team

• Understand basic mobile phone or computer operations

• Preference will be given to those who understand furniture drawing or production structure

Benefits and compensation

• Salary: HKD $16,000 – $25,000 per month (depending on experience and ability)

• Provide on-the-job training (including measuring and site operations)
