Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, goal-oriented sales manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting course enrollment, building relationships with potential students and parents, and promoting our teaching programs.
Main responsibilities
- **Potential customer development and conversion: **
- Identify and contact potential students/families through phone, email, visit and referral.
- Conduct consultation meetings to understand student needs and recommend appropriate courses.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
- **Sales and market promotion: **
- Promote courses through direct sales, social media and outreach activities.
- Organize and participate in education exhibitions, school visits, and community activities.
- Collaborate with the market team to optimize potential customer development strategies.
- **Customer Relationship Management: **
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential students/families.
- Promptly handle inquiries and solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on potential customers to improve conversion rate.
- **Administrative work: **
- Record enrollment, payment, and follow-up information in the customer management system (CRM).
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitive dynamics.
**Qualifications and skills: **
- **Education: ** Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, education or related fields.
- **Experience: **
- 1-3 years of sales, enrollment or consulting experience (education industry preferred).
- Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- **Skills: **
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Passionate about education and student success.

- Familiar with the local education market.
- Multilingual ability (Cantonese, Mandarin, English).
