The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting course enrollment, building relationships with potential students and parents, and promoting our teaching programs.<br><br>Main responsibilities<br>- **Potential customer development and conversion: **<br> - Identify and contact potential students/families through phone, email, visit and referral. <br> - Conduct consultation meetings to understand student needs and recommend appropriate courses.<br> - Achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets. <br><br>- **Sales and market promotion: ** <br> - Promote courses through direct sales, social media and outreach activities. <br> - Organize and participate in education exhibitions, school visits, and community activities. <br> - Collaborate with the market team to optimize potential customer development strategies. <br><br>- **Customer Relationship Management: ** <br> - Maintain good relationships with existing and potential students/families. <br> - Promptly handle inquiries and solve problems to ensure customer satisfaction. <br> - Follow up on potential customers to improve conversion rate. <br><br>- **Administrative work: ** <br> - Record enrollment, payment, and follow-up information in the customer management system (CRM).<br> - Provide feedback on market trends and competitive dynamics. <br><br>**Qualifications and skills: **<br>- **Education: ** Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, education or related fields. <br>- **Experience: **<br> - 1-3 years of sales, enrollment or consulting experience (education industry preferred).<br> - Have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. <br>- **Skills: **<br> - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. <br> - Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills. <br> - Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. <br> - Passionate about education and student success.<br><br>**Priority (non-mandatory):** <br>- Familiar with the local education market. <br>- Multilingual ability (Cantonese, Mandarin, English).<br><br>**Benefits and remuneration: ** <br>- Competitive salary + performance bonus. <br>- Flexible work environment. <br>- Career development opportunities. <br>- Employee course discounts. <br><br>**Application method: ** <br>Applicants should send their resume to ****** <br><br>
