Coordinate CEO business schedule, meeting arrangements, and travel planning (including cross-border travel), ensure efficient itinerary connections, and coordinate internal and external resources in advance;
Responsible for CEO's daily office affairs, including file drafting, email screening and reply, telephone reception and important information delivery, ensuring communication closure.
Financial business support and compliance collaboration
Assist the CEO in following up on financial project progress, compiling industry data, market dynamics and competitive product analysis reports, and providing data support for strategic decision-making;
Participate in the preliminary review of the company's financial contracts, agreements and other legal documents, verify the compliance of the terms, and coordinate the handling of questions by the legal department.
As a communication bridge between the CEO and various departments (business, risk control, finance, compliance), communicate the CEO's instructions, follow up on task execution progress and feed back the results;
Files and Information Management
Draft and translate the English business documents (reports, proposals, speeches, etc.) required by the CEO, ensuring language accuracy and professionalism;
Manage CEO core office files (including confidential financial data), establish a standardized archiving system, ensure information security and convenient access.
II. Job Requirements
1. Basic conditions
Education: Bachelor's degree or above,Financial related professional(Finance, Financial Engineering, International Finance, etc.), those with CFA, FRM, Hong Kong insurance intermediary license, etc. Financial related qualifications are preferred;
Work experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant financial industry work experience (financial institutions, asset management companies, investment banks, etc. background preferred), those who have CEO assistant, high-level secretary or compliance-related position experience will be given extra points.
2. Core competencies
Language skills:English can be used as a working language
Professional skills: Familiar with Hong Kong's financial industry supervision and regulation policies (such as HKMA, SFC relevant regulations), have basic compliance risk identification ability, and be able to assist in controlling business compliance boundaries;
Office skills: Proficient in Office office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), good at data sorting and report writing, with a certain ability of PPT visualization design;

Monthly salary: HK$20,000-HK$30,000 (depending on experience and ability);
