[Open a food/pharmaceutical factory] Production Production Officer/Senior Officer

<p> Job Responsibilities</p><ul><li><p>Responsible for the daily operation of the production line, ensuring a smooth production process and meeting the quality standards</p></li><li><p>Execute production-related file recording and management, including production reports, process records, and SOP updates</p></li><li><p>Coordinate with production plans for material preparation, equipment coordination, and production capacity scheduling to improve production efficiency</p></li><li><p>Inspect and monitor production processes and operating procedures on site, and promptly identify and solve abnormal problems</p></li><li><p>Coordinate and communicate with quality, warehouse and purchasing departments to ensure smooth cross-departmental operations</p></li></ul><p><br> Work requirements</p><ul><li><p>Bachelor's degree, majoring in food science, chemistry, biology or related engineering fields is preferred</p></li><li><p>Have 3 to 5 years of experience in food or pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, familiar with GMP or HACCP is preferred</p></li><li><p>Able to handle both office work and field operations, with good time management and organizational skills</p></li><li><p>Familiar with basic computer operations, able to use Excel, Word, etc. Office software to make reports</p></li><li><p>Adapt to the work place in Tseung Kwan O and attend according to the 8:15am–6:20pm shift schedule</p></li></ul>
