<div>Job Responsibilities</div>

<div>Work requirements</div>

<li>Bachelor's degree or above, human resources management, business management or related professional preferred.</li>
<li>Have at least 2 years of human resources-related work experience, familiar with the operation of various HR modules.</li>
<li>Understand local labor laws and employment regulations, and be able to handle labor relations matters independently.</li>
<li>Have good communication skills and service awareness, and be able to effectively interact with employees at all levels.</li>
<li>Proficient in Office office software, with basic data processing and report generation capabilities.</li>
