The VIP lounge receptionist is responsible for providing guests with a high-quality VIP lounge experience, through professional customer service, support for food and beverage operations, and ensuring that VIP lounge facilities are maintained at the highest standard.
Main responsibilities
Greet and assist guests with a professional and polite attitude.
Support food and beverage service work, and respond to guests’ needs and inquiries.
Responsible for cleaning, organizing and rearranging the dining area and seating area.
Support the daily operation of the VIP lounge and comply with food safety and service standards.
Position requirements
Have at least 1 year of work experience in the hotel industry, catering services, airline VIP lounges, hotels or customer service.
Have good English oral communication skills.
Have good interpersonal relationships and communication skills.
Customer-oriented, with a professional attitude towards service.
Able to effectively work in a rapidly-paced team environment.
Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
