Job Title: Xiaohongshu filming and editing SOP

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for shooting and editing video content on the Little Red Book platform, ensuring visual effects meet the brand's tone.

2. Based on project requirements, develop a detailed shooting plan, including scene selection, prop preparation, and shooting script design.

3. Apply professional editing techniques to refine the raw footage, add transitions, subtitles, and sound effects.

4. Stay sensitive to the hot trends on Xiaohongshu, constantly innovate video styles, and enhance user Engagement.

5. Work closely with the team, provide creative suggestions and participate in the optimization of the video post-production process.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in mainstream video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc., with good technical skills.

2. Those with art or design backgrounds are preferred, as they can grasp color matching and picture composition, and showcase their unique aesthetic views.

3. At least one year of short video shooting and editing experience, familiar with the operation rules and user preferences of the Xiaohongshu platform.

4. Creative, active thinking, and able to quickly adapt to market changes, propose attractive video concepts.

5. Work seriously and responsibly, have good communication skills and team spirit, and be able to complete tasks efficiently under pressure.
