Core Responsibilities:
New company registration: Process customer new company name search, draft registration documents (NNC1/NNC1G), submit to the company registration office / tax authority, follow up on certificate issuance;
Year-end maintenance: Accurately calculate the submission time for the annual return form (NAR1), handle the replacement of the business registration certificate and the update of the company secretary's address, and ensure compliance with section 109 of the Companies Act;
Compliance Management: Regularly update customer information files, monitor SCR important controlling shareholder registration, and handle Registry & Taxation Bureau letters and summonses;
Customer Service: Promptly respond to inquiries, provide professional process explanations, and assist with handling address changes, share transfers, etc. ;
System operations: Proficient in the use of company secretarial management systems (such as Tricor/CS Plus), completing electronic reimbursement and digital management of archives.
Requirements:
Education: Diploma or above, business management / law / accounting related majors are preferred;
Experience: 1 year of practical experience in a Hong Kong secretarial company
Skills:
Proficient in the entire company registration process (including SPC private companies, LLC limited liability companies);
Master the annual audit compliance points (annual return form / business registration certificate fee calculation);
Familiar with bank account opening procedures (required by mainstream banks such as Bank of China, HSBC, Standard Chartered, etc.);
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel functions and PDF editing);
Qualifications: Hold a Hong Kong Company Secretary Certificate (CS (PE)) or relevant legal accounting professional qualifications;
Sensitivity: meticulous and rigorous, strong sense of responsibility, and cross-border business communication skills (Mandarin / Cantonese / English).
