Job Responsibilities:
1. According to the company's business development strategy, responsible for formulating and implementing a normal temperature warehouse sales plan and business development plan;
2. Responsible for researching and analyzing the market dynamics of ambient temperature warehouse storage business, conducting competitive analysis, and providing basis for product positioning and market strategy;
3. Lead new markets and new customer development, identify potential customer groups, and develop targeted market penetration strategies;
4. Maintain and deepen key customer relationships, develop and implement customized overall solutions for customers, coordinate execution and implementation, and drive warehouse sales targets;
5. Build an efficient sales team, responsible for training, guiding and evaluating team members, completing the sales indicators of this position and leading the team to complete the department's sales indicators;
6. Optimize sales and customer service processes, improve sales efficiency and customer satisfaction;
7. Coordinate cross-functional resources such as warehouse, logistics, etc., to solve problems and challenges in the sales process;
8. Evaluate the risks in the sales process, develop risk control measures, and ensure business growth is steady.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, logistics management, supply chain, warehouse management or business administration major is preferred;
2. More than 10 years of local warehouse logistics industry sales and management experience, with warehouse leasing, freight forwarding company, logistics transportation, and import and export trade industry sales experience being preferred;
3. Have rich experience in corporate development and building and maintaining customer relationships;
4. Have excellent communication, negotiation, and other interpersonal skills;
5. Have the ability to independently analyze and solve problems, strong data analysis, crisis handling, and innovative thinking abilities;
7. Love sales, be confident, and have the ability to promote, plan and execute in the market;
8. Good English and Chinese skills.
