Working location:The Aster (7A Shangguang Road, Po Leung Kuk)
Working hours:5.5 days 9 hours work; rotating early, middle, and late shifts (07:30-16:30 / 13:30-22:30); rotating breaks

Main responsibilities:
Responsible for the lobby reception position
Handling customer inquiries and complaints
Assist with handling daily phone inquiries
Building relationships with customers and maintaining good communication

Preference will be given to those with three or more years of relevant customer service work experience
Familiarity with property management operations is best
Familiarity with computer operations
Able to speak fluent Cantonese and English, and understand Mandarin a little
Have good writing skills in Chinese and English

Customer-oriented, strong sense of responsibility, proactive and positive, good communication skills, and able to build good interpersonal relationships
