Job Title: Full-time IT Support / Graphic Designer

• Responsible for printing projects and product-related design tasks, including brochures, posters, packaging boxes, etc. Design work.

• Actively communicate with customers, deeply understand their brand image, product features and market positioning, and carry out creative thinking and visual design.

• Use professional design software for design and production to ensure that the work meets the printing standards in terms of visual aesthetics and technical specifications.

• Ensure the stable operation of the company's technical systems, including daily maintenance and management of computer systems and network architectures.

• Regularly check server status to ensure that the operating system and office software are running normally, and monitor network traffic in real time.

• Provide technical support to the design team to ensure that design software runs smoothly, solve compatibility issues, and maintain drawing boards, printers, and other related hardware devices.

• Develop and implement data backup strategies, regularly back up important company data, and ensure data security.

• Strengthen network security protection, set up firewalls, install antivirus software, and prevent external attacks and data leakage.

• Have relevant design or information technology higher education background, or have relevant work experience.

• Proficient in commonly used design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.

• Familiar with printing processes and technical specifications, with good color management and printing file creation abilities.

• Have basic IT support skills to handle computer software and hardware issues and network failures.

• Preference will be given to those who understand server maintenance, data backup, and network security-related knowledge.

• Have good communication skills, be able to effectively coordinate and cooperate with customers and internal teams.

• Responsibility, able to handle problems independently and withstand pressure.

• Have reading and writing skills in Chinese and English, and be able to understand basic English technical documents is even better.
