<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>1. Responsible for the pre-sales, delivery, and after-sales technical support of project sales, as well as related products and system-level problem handling and resolution;<br>2. Write product and project plans for users, and be responsible for the preparation of technical parts and answering questions;<br>3. Prepare for project delivery, plan review and test verification, follow up and monitor project coordination resources to ensure that the project plan can be implemented stably;<br>4. Responsible for overseas project follow-up, delivery and implementation, and continuously improve customer satisfaction.<br>5. Customer visits, program demonstrations, internal and customer training, etc.</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<p>1. Bachelor degree or above, major in computer, electronics, communication, fluent in English, listening, speaking, reading and writing, which can be used as a working language;<br>2. More than 1 year of project delivery experience, relevant work experience in the security/ICT/communication industry is preferred, and familiarity with security products and network technology is preferred;<br>3. Have good document writing skills, communication skills and service awareness, rigorous and meticulous work, hard-working;</p>
