Job Title: Deputy General Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Explore high-quality food sources in mainland China and establish a direct procurement system from mainland core production areas to Hong Kong;
2. Establish and maintain a high-quality supplier network in the mainland, deepen strategic cooperative relations, and ensure supply quality and stability;
3. Expand and manage diversified sales channels, with a focus on high-end restaurants, hotels, and mainstream food delivery platforms as target customer resources;
5. Coordinate team daily operations and management, continuously optimize service processes and operating efficiency;
6. Plan and execute brand promotion activities to enhance the company's brand awareness and influence in the Hong Kong market.
Entry Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. Have at least 5 years or more of food industry work experience, with at least 3 years of senior management experience
3. Familiar with the market of the domestic food industry, and be able to fully understand the procurement, sales and operational management process of the food industry
4. Have excellent market analysis and strategic planning skills
