Data Center Operator / Trainee TST

<p>Work Location: TST</p><p>Working Hours: 42.5 hours per week</p><p></p><p><strong><u>Willing to work 12-hour shifts, 4 days per week (including weekends and holidays).</u></strong></p><p></p><p>Take Home : HK$20.000 + overnight shift allowance</p><p></p><p><strong>Data Centre Operator</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide daily operational support across two data centre sites and ICT rooms.</li><li>Monitor and respond to service hotlines; coordinate issue resolution and escalate when necessary.</li><li>Handle incidents, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate to higher-tier support as needed.</li><li>Operate and monitor computer systems and related infrastructure.</li><li>Coordinate with and support external customers and vendors during on-site activities.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible, eager to learn, and demonstrates a positive working attitude.</li><li>Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.</li><li><strong><u>Willing to work 12-hour shifts, 4 days per week (including weekends and holidays).</u></strong></li><li>Prior experience in a data centre or IT helpdesk environment is an advantage.</li><li>Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply (Trainee positions available).</li><li>Educational background or knowledge in Electrical, Mechanical, Fire Services, or Building Services Engineering is a plus.</li></ul><p>Please send cv to windy.leung@seamatch.com</p>
