Senior Demand Engineer (Quantity Surveyor)

<p>Duties:</p><p>1. Responsible for the full life cycle management of overseas pricing products, including demand research and analysis, value proposition design, prototype design, requirement document writing (PRD/flowchart), R&D briefing, product validation, etc.;</p><p>2. Responsible for overseas market promotion, including pole construction, application improvement, etc.;</p><p>3. Monitor market data, product data performance, analyze user behavior and propose improvement strategies;</p><p></p><p>Qualifications:</p><p> 1. Proficient in Cantonese and English, with excellent bilingual communication skills, able to handle cross-language exchange scenarios with ease;</p><p>2. More than 3 years of product manager work experience;</p><p>3. In-depth understanding of the construction industry cost estimation business, familiar with cost estimation business, with solid professional knowledge and practical experience. (Those who understand overseas business are preferred).</p><p>4. Have good communication skills, work carefully, be proactive, and have a spirit of cooperation;</p>
