Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries through phone and online channels (such as online chat, email) and assist with various services, such as golf course reservations, dining reservations, overseas travel support and telephone service plans,
- Follow up and complete each task in a timely manner and strive to provide excellent customer service
- Observe and follow up the work process and rules of the telephone hotline center
Requirements:
- Secondary School Entrance Examination/Secondary School Diploma or above
- Have good communication and problem-solving skills,
- Have good writing and speaking (Cantonese and Mandarin) skills in Chinese and English
- Basic computer skills are preferred
- Work location: Shatin
