Compliance Director of Secretarial Service Company

Duties:

1. Lead and drive the company's TCSP enterprise service license application work, ensure that the application process meets the requirements of Hong Kong's relevant laws and regulations, and accurately and efficiently prepare various application documents and information.

2. Establish and improve the company's compliance management system, develop and update compliance policies and procedures, and ensure that the company's business activities are conducted in accordance with the license regulations.

3. Continuously track Hong Kong's regulations and policies on corporate services, provide interpretation and response suggestions in a timely manner to company management and relevant departments, and ensure that the company's operations always meet the latest requirements.

4. Regularly conduct compliance training to enhance the compliance awareness of all employees of the company and ensure that the work of all departments is consistent with compliance requirements.

5. Monitor the company's daily operations for compliance, promptly propose corrective measures and follow up their implementation, and handle various compliance risk events.

6. Carry out corporate service projects in compliance with company arrangements, and promote business development.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in finance, accounting, law, finance, and business administration, etc. are preferred.

2. At least 1 year of compliance work experience, those who have successfully assisted companies in applying for TCSP enterprise service licenses will be given priority.

3. Familiar with the regulations, policies and application procedures of the Hong Kong company service provider licensing system, with relevant work experience.

4. Have good communication and coordination skills and team spirit, be able to effectively collaborate with different departments, and promote the implementation of compliance work.

5. Work rigorously and carefully, be strong in responsibility, and have strong risk identification and analysis abilities, so that you can independently respond to and solve compliance issues.
