Working hours: 0900-1800 hours (Mon-Fri),
Offer: 55-60K Monthly
Requirement
Possess of 5 years or above security Supervisor/Manager experience in Financial institute and Banking category
Skillful on Security on-site operations and basic knowledge on security system (Access control, CCTV and alarm)
Possess of PC knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Good command in English and Cantonese
Calm, Mature and energetic personnel
Ideally possess of degree level of education (ability and competence applicant with lower academic background will also be considered)
(i) Job Role
To serve as the Site Security Manager looking after the security teams in Hong Kong offices. Has responsibility to assist in formulating, implementing, and maintaining security policies, plans, and processes for the local region. To work closely with the regional control center manager in Singapore and to assist in developing strategies geared to forestall adverse events and provide high-quality service. This also includes ad hoc assignments and duties as and when assigned by the Hong Kong Protective Services Manager (PSM). This is a contracted position in Hong Kong.
(ii) Key Responsibilities
This position will report directly to the Hong Kong PSM. This position will be responsible for all site security (including Access Control and CCTV monitoring systems) and have oversight responsibility for uniform security services. In addition, this position will manage initial investigations and inquiries as required and assist in establishing effective liaisons with governmental authorities. This position will also be responsible for supporting Corporate Security’s effort in providing event security in Hong Kong
(iii) Job Scope
1. Supervision of security personnel.
2. Ensure the efficient performance of the Security Department through planning motivation and training, using his/her expert knowledge of security requirements.
3. Propose safety measures and procedures for implementation and adherence.
4. Coordinate incident response and contingency planning.
5. Coordinate and perform safety and security training. Conduct investigations into theft, loss, accidents or any aspect threatening the security or safety of the client and compile investigation reports promptly.
6. Conduct periodic reviews and assessments of existing practices and procedures to identify changing requirements.
7. Provide expert knowledge of all security systems relevant to the security team's needs.
8. Ensure all Security personnel are fully briefed on Company Policy and Administration.
9. To cascade and coordinate security policies, plans and processes to the Hong Kong PSM/Site Security Manager to ensure a consistent and safe client security program is in place and enforced across all Hong Kong offices.
