Job Title: QS Quantity Surveyor

**Job Responsibilities:

2. Participate in business negotiations, strive to maximize economic benefits for the company and ensure the fairness of contract terms.

3. Assist in the development of a project cost control plan, follow up on changes in construction costs, and provide professional advice.

4. Familiar with technical files and contract documents in a bilingual Chinese and English environment, ensuring seamless communication.

5. Regularly issue financial reports and analysis to support management decision-making.

**Work requirements:**

1. Have extensive quantity surveying experience, familiar with relevant building industry regulations and standards.

2. Excellent engineering budgeting ability, able to independently complete large-scale project cost calculation work.

3. Have good business negotiation skills and be able to reach favorable agreements for the company in complex situations.

4. Fluent in Chinese and English, able to use both languages fluently for written and oral communication.

5. Strong sense of responsibility, attention to details, excellent team spirit and stress resistance ability.
