Store Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the daily operation and management of the store according to the company's prescribed mode of operation, and formulate a sales plan based on the company's indicators to improve sales and service performance;

2. Organize store-related activities based on customer characteristics to enhance operating quality and customer word of mouth, and at the same time implement and plan promotional activities that meet the local market characteristics;

3. Submit operational reports and information to the company in a timely, accurate, truthful, and complete manner, and be responsible for goods and inventory management to ensure sufficient stock, accurate inventory counts, and reduced losses;

4. Ensure the safety of the store's operations, strictly inspect and supervise daily management such as cleaning, display, fire prevention, and theft prevention;

5. Responsible for other daily affairs in the store.

Qualifications:

1. College degree or above, excellent candidates may be slightly relaxed;

2. Strong learning ability, good communication skills, and patience with children's groups;

3. Familiar with site management knowledge and have a high service awareness;

4. Have good communication and coordination skills, have a high sense of work responsibility and team spirit.
