<p>Duties:<br>1. Mainly serve Chinese customers to trade international futures markets, including trade execution, trade consultation, daily customer service;<br>2. Accurately transmit customer orders, conduct transaction risk monitoring, and promptly feedback market information;<br>3. Conduct market research, understand the spot market, and assist in the development of futures and options arbitrage;<br>4. Track related industry dynamics and control business risks, provide investment strategies and data support, assist in completing transaction plans and executing them;<br>5. Assist in post-market and regular trading analysis, summarize trading conditions, profit and loss attribution analysis, related information summary and database update and maintenance<br>6. Moderate shift work;<br>7. Become management assigned other tasks. <br><br>Requirements:<br>1. Master's degree or above, majoring in finance, marketing, investment, computer science, statistics, physics, etc.;<br><br>3. Familiar with the Chinese market;<br>4. Have a clear understanding and recognition of financial markets, derivatives and options trading, those with derivatives trading experience are preferred;<br>5. Have a global perspective and innovative thinking, strong self-motivation, and a strong interest in learning New knowledge in the industry;<br>6. Have excellent communication skills and interpersonal relationship management skills;<br>7. Careful and detailed, proactive, strong sense of responsibility, strong stress resistance, and strong logical analysis ability.</p>
