Sales and Marketing Assistant (Welcome Fresh Graduates)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Support senior manager and channels sales function with marketing initiatives to achieve business objectives.
2. Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by immediate manager in order to meet business requirement
3. Involve in all aspects of sales and marketing activities, including tendering, quotation preparation, attend meeting, market development, product promotion, project co-ordination, customer services and site visits etc.
4. Provide quality pre-sales and post-sales services and technical support to customers. Report customer complaints and help senior manager to provide prompt and appropriate response.

Minimum Job Requirements:

1. ·Diploma or Degree holder in Marketing / Engineering discipline
2. · Excellent command of write & spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin
3. ·Customer-oriented service
4. ·Good communication, presentation and influence skills
5. ·Responsible, proactive, creative, energetic and self-initiated
6. ·Familiar with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and other AI software
7. ·With relevant experience is considered a plus
8. ·Immediately available is an added advantage
