理赔执行员

<p>Responsibilities:</p> <p>Handle, examine and settle Accident & Health claims according with Company philosophy and guidelines</p> <p>Comply with claims instructions and provide quality work effectively and efficiently</p> <p>Handle related enquiries from the policyholders, brokers or relevant parties<br>Support manager to implement initiatives to improve performance<br>Maintain positive relationship with all stakeholders<br>Responsibilities:</p> <p>According to the company's philosophy and guidelines, handle, inspect and process accidents and health claims</p> <p>Follow the compensation instructions, provide high-quality work effectively and efficiently</p> <p>Handling relevant inquiries from policyholders, brokers or other relevant parties</p> <p>Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans</p> <p>Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, recent/fresh graduate is welcome with mid-back office administrative experiences<br>1-2 years of work experience in handling home or travel claims is preferred, less experience will be considered as Claims Examiner.<br>Results oriented, self-motivated, responsible individual with high levels of integrity<br>Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese, good speaking Mandarin is preferred<br>Proficient in Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint<br>Requirements:</p> <p>Any science bachelor's degree, fresh graduates, with middle-level administrative experience</p> <p>1-2 years of experience in handling family or travel claims is preferred, with less experience being considered as a claims examiner.</p> <p>Results-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible individuals</p> <p>Master good English speaking skills, Mandarin speakers are preferred</p> <p>Proficient in Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint</p>
