理赔执行员

Responsibilities:

Handle, examine and settle Accident & Health claims according with Company philosophy and guidelines

Comply with claims instructions and provide quality work effectively and efficiently

Handle related enquiries from the policyholders, brokers or relevant parties
Support manager to implement initiatives to improve performance
Maintain positive relationship with all stakeholders
Responsibilities:

According to the company's philosophy and guidelines, handle, inspect and process accidents and health claims

Follow the compensation instructions, provide high-quality work effectively and efficiently

Handling relevant inquiries from policyholders, brokers or other relevant parties

Support managers in implementing performance improvement plans

Maintain positive relationships with all stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, recent/fresh graduate is welcome with mid-back office administrative experiences
1-2 years of work experience in handling home or travel claims is preferred, less experience will be considered as Claims Examiner.
Results oriented, self-motivated, responsible individual with high levels of integrity
Good command of written & spoken English and Cantonese, good speaking Mandarin is preferred
Proficient in Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
Requirements:

Any science bachelor's degree, fresh graduates, with middle-level administrative experience

1-2 years of experience in handling family or travel claims is preferred, with less experience being considered as a claims examiner.

Results-oriented, self-motivated, and responsible individuals

Master good English speaking skills, Mandarin speakers are preferred

Proficient in Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint
