Senior Quantity Surveyor (civil,building) - Main Contractor

• Large project in New Territories

• Minimum 8 years site experience in civil, building project

• Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin

• Lead China and HongKong office

About the Role

• Manages project costs: conducts studies, planning, control, and analysis; monitors cash flow.

• Handles contractual matters: drafts correspondence/agreements, addresses issues and claims.

• Supports risk management by collating relevant information.

• Coordinates interim payments and final account settlements.

• Collaborates with the project team on variations, progress cost claims, EOT claims, and cost control.

• Reports to and reviews with the Head of Department.

About the Requirement

• Higher Diploma in Quantity Surveying or a comparable qualification.

• Minimum of 10 years of quantity surveying experience (in Building or Civil projects).

• Strong understanding of measurement principles, contract management, and problem-solving techniques.

• Excellent command of spoken and written English and Cantonese.

• Effective communication skills with a proactive and positive work ethic.
