Senior Electrical Engineer

Description:

• Supervise and manage E&M Project
• To assist Project Manager to review Project design, planning, produce drawing, site coordination and supervising
• Prepare tender, cost estimate, project reports, AutoCAD drawings

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical / Building Services / Mechanical Engineering
• At least 5 years’ working experience in the field of Electrical / Building Services / Mechanical Engineering , preferably in healthcare facilities
• A registered Electrical worker of Grade C
• Good communication in both English and Chinese
• Knowledge of PC operations, AutoCAD
• Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate

Senior Electrical Engineer

• Assist the project manager in reviewing project design and planning schemes, and participate in the preparation and optimization of construction drawings
• Responsible for site coordination and supervision, solving technical problems during construction
• Prepare bidding documents, cost estimates, project reports, and use AutoCAD to draw related drawings
• Maintain effective communication with design teams, contractors and owners to ensure the smooth progress of project phases
• Execute project progress follow-up and quality control to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards

• At least 5 years of work experience in the field of electrical engineering/household equipment/machine engineering, those with medical facility project experience are preferred
• Register as a qualified electrical engineering professional (Grade C)
• Proficient in operating personal computers and familiar with AutoCAD software
• Have good writing and oral communication skills in Chinese and English
• Have independent work ability, and at the same time be able to closely cooperate with cross-disciplinary teams
