Requirement:
A recognised degree in Building Services/Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or related disciplines
Minimum 8 years of relevant Plant Maintenance experience in property management, with at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role. Candidates with less experience would be considered as Assistant Technical Manager.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and meeting facilitation.
Familiarity with statutory regulations and compliance requirements in property management.
Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure.
Must have uncompromising integrity, strong sense of responsibility and good supervisory skills
Corporate membership of relevant professional institutions (e.g. HKIE, CIBSE, IMechE) is preferred
