Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Our client is a Hong Kong-based apparel innovator founded in 1996 and listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange since 2021. Specializing in high-quality men’s smart shirts and sustainable textiles, we integrate smart fabrics with eco-friendly processes to serve premium global brands in Europe, North America, and Asia.

Headquartered in Kwun Tong with major production bases in mainland China, we employ over 5,000 staff and generate annual revenue exceeding RMB 2 billion. We are now seeking an outstanding CFO to support our next phase of sustainable growth and international expansion.

Position Overview Reporting to the CEO and Board, the CFO will be a key executive team member responsible for the Group’s overall financial health. This strategic yet hands-on role requires Big 4-trained expertise in listed-company environments, with a strong focus on compliance, risk control, and driving profitable growth in the apparel sector.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Strategy & Planning

   • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning

   • Provide strategic insights for supply chain and product innovation

2. Capital Management & Financing

   • Optimize capital structure, cash flow, and treasury operations

   • Secure cross-border funding and manage FX/working capital risks

3. Financial Reporting & Compliance

   • Ensure accurate reporting under CAS, IFRS/HKFRS, and SSE rules

   • Oversee audits, tax planning, and regulatory filings across HK & China

4. Risk Management & Internal Control

   • Build robust controls to address operational, supply-chain, and geopolitical risks

   • Strengthen governance and ESG reporting framework

5. Business Decision Support

   • Advise CEO/Board on M&A, profitability, and new market entries

   • Lead finance team (5-10 staff) and drive ERP/process improvements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; MBA/CPA preferred

• Big 4 audit background strongly preferred

• 15+ years finance experience, including 8+ years in senior leadership (FD/CFO) within manufacturing/apparel/consumer goods

• Proven track record with SSE-listed or HK-Mainland cross-border operations highly advantageous

• Expert in financial modelling, ERP, Excel; familiar with apparel KPIs

• Fluent in English & Cantonese; Mandarin a plus

• Strategic, hands-on, high-integrity leader passionate about sustainable fashion
