<div>Job Responsibilities</div>

<li>Responsible for receiving and responding to customer inquiries, including phone, email, and on-site consultation, to ensure professional and timely service</li>

<li>Record and organize customer feedback data, submit regular reports to the supervisor, and assist in optimizing service processes</li>
<li>Assist with customer registration, data update, and other related administrative affairs to ensure accurate and complete data</li>
<li>Proactively understand company products or services, provide appropriate advice to customers, and promote customer relationship maintenance</li>

<div>Work requirements</div>
<ul>
<li>Secondary school graduation or above, with good Chinese writing and communication skills, basic English understanding is preferred</li>
<li>One or more years of customer service experience, those with telecommunications, banking or retail industry experience are especially preferred</li>
<li>Attitude sincere and polite, with good listening skills and empathy, and able to handle stress situations</li>
<li>Familiar with computer operations, able to flexibly apply Microsoft Office and other commonly used office software</li>
<li>Willing to cooperate with shift arrangements, including weekend and public holiday shifts, to maintain attendance stability</li>
