Job Overview:
Assist in strategic planning: Under the guidance of senior consultants, participate in the formulation of cross-border equity structures, assist in planning overseas business expansion paths, including market research, target country selection, etc.
Policy and legal research: Collect and organize information on the political and economic environment, foreign investment laws and regulations, taxation policies, etc. of the target country or region, and provide decision support to the team.
Investment support: Assist in the formulation of detailed investment plans, including land acquisition, factory construction, equipment purchase, etc. Ensure maximum investment returns.
Supply chain optimization assistance: In-depth research of supply chain upstream and downstream, propose optimization suggestions and solutions, improve business efficiency and profitability; sort out logistics, capital flow and bill flow in customers’ international trade, optimize capital flow and tax costs; provide customs compliance information for various countries, optimize clearance procedures and reduce costs.
Financing scheme assistance: Design and implement enterprise financing, supply chain financing, etc. according to enterprise needs, broaden financing channels and reduce financing costs.
Project coordination and management: Assist senior consultants in coordinating internal and external institutions, including law firms, accounting firms, etc. Ensure the smooth progress of the project.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in International Trade, Logistics, English, etc.
2. Have 5 to 10 years of experience in cross-border trade coordination
3. Familiar with international trade procedures, especially Hong Kong's re-export trade
4. Have good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, patient and detailed
5. Proficient in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English
6. Able to accept business trips
