[Job Responsibilities]
1. Able to independently responsible for requirement communication, system design, timely submission of high-quality code, and completion of development tasks.
2. Able to continuously iterate and optimize the architecture design of the existing system.
3. Help other team members solve technical problems and share related technical knowledge.
4. Participate in system daily maintenance work.
[Job Requirements]
1. More than 3 years to 8 years of Java development experience, familiar with mainstream open-source frameworks such as Spring MVC, SpringBoot, myBatis, etc., and their principles.
2. Proficient in Redis, MySQL, Kafka/MQ, etc., and corresponding database tuning and SQL optimization experience.
3. Excellent technical architecture design ability, understand distributed, microservices, etc. technologies, with good code quality and habits.
4. Have strong self-motivation, communication skills, team spirit, rapid learning, systems thinking, and a love of technology.
