Microservices Engineer (OpenShift/Kafka/Redis Technical Support and Management)

Job Responsibilities:

Platform management work

1. Provide professional technical support and full process management for Red Hat Open Platform/Café/Kafka/Remote Dictionary Service Platform;

2. Coordinate the daily operation of the platform, including continuous process optimization, capacity planning and availability management;

3. Process platform migration, addition, change, etc. daily demand applications, ensure that various change needs are implemented on time;

4. Troubleshoot and solve platform-related faults and sudden problems;

5. According to work needs, coordinate and connect with suppliers and group teams to obtain higher-level technical support.

Project management work

1. Lead and be responsible for the upgrade and functional optimization of the company's local Red Hat Open Platform / Kafka / Remote Dictionary Service Platform;

3. During major project implementation, ensure that platform daily business delivery is not affected and minimize service interruption risks.

Service point management work

1. Serve as the service responsible person for the Red Hat Open Platform/Café/Kafka/Remote Dictionary Service Platform, formulate platform development strategies and coordinate management;

2. Continuously evaluate the platform's operating status and related processes, propose optimization suggestions and drive them into action;

3. Closely monitor industry technology development trends and emerging technologies, and continuously enhance platform technical capabilities and service levels.

1. Collaborate with group leaders to deploy and implement group-level Red Hat Open Platform/Kafka/Remote Dictionary Service solution;

2. Ensure that the construction and operation of the company's local platform are in line with the group's overall strategic planning and development goals;

3. Participate in group-related projects and strategic planning work, and provide professional advice on Red Hat Open Platform / Kafka / Remote Dictionary Service related work.

Requirements:

1. Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering or other related professional bachelor's degree or above;

2. Have at least 5 years of experience in managing the Red Hat Open Platform/Cassandra/Remote Dictionary Service Platform, those who have worked in the banking or financial services industry are preferred;

3. Proficient in Red Hat Open Platform / Kafka / Remote Dictionary Service related technologies, and familiar with cloud computing related technical knowledge;

4. Have extensive supplier management and contract negotiation practical experience;

5. Hold a project management related professional certificate;

6. Have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to adapt to high-pressure work environments;

8. Have multiple project management skills, be able to rationally plan work priorities and promote them efficiently.
