<li>Responsible for daily financial record keeping and accounting ledger organization, ensuring financial data is accurate and error-free and meets the company's internal standards.</li>
<li>Handle various payment applications, invoice verification, expense reimbursement, and related document review and archiving work.</li>

<li>Responsible for the coordination and execution of administrative affairs, including office supplies procurement, fixed asset registration and management, meeting arrangements, etc.</li>
<li>Support the preparation and archiving of personnel and administrative related documents, and co-ordinate the promotion of inter-departmental communication and smooth process operation. </li>

<div>Work requirements</div>
<ul>
<li>College degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance, business management or related fields are preferred.</li>
<li>Have at least one year of financial or administrative work experience, familiar with basic accounting principles and administrative procedures.</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office software (especially Excel and Word), able to flexibly use electronic spreadsheets for data processing.</li>
<li>Have good attention to detail and sense of responsibility, and be able to effectively manage time in a multitasking environment and complete work on time.</li>
<li>Have good communication skills and team spirit, and be willing to learn and adapt to constantly changing business needs. </li></ul><ul>
