This position plays a key role in ensuring the performance, stability, and evolution of enterprise-wide application systems used in front- and back-office operations.</p><p>The successful candidate will bring a strong mix of technical knowledge, business acumen, and analytical thinking to proactively support production systems, analyze business requirements, and implement change. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment that values innovation, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.</p><p></p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li><p>Deliver end-to-end production support across both front-office and back-office systems, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and business requests in line with SLAs</p></li><li><p>Lead root cause analysis activities and implement preventive measures to drive operational stability and continuous improvement</p></li><li><p>Support change management processes, release coordination, and onboarding of new projects while ensuring compliance with control protocols</p></li><li><p>Manage and troubleshoot market data configuration requests and related issues efficiently</p></li><li><p>Design and maintain automated system health checks with proactive remediation workflows to monitor system performance and reliability</p></li><li><p>Analyze evolving business requirements and propose enhancements to existing application systems to meet operational and strategic needs</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with internal change management teams and external solution vendors to track, escalate, and resolve incidents and recurring problems</p></li><li><p>Assist in system implementations, deployment of new releases, and perform post-release system health checks to ensure performance and stability</p></li><li><p>Foster a growth-oriented environment by encouraging creativity, fresh thinking, and a culture of innovation</p></li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline</p></li><li><p>Minimum of <strong>3 years' experience</strong> in IT application support, systems administration, or business analysis, preferably within financial services or investment management environments</p></li><li><p>Hands-on experience with investment management platforms such as SimCorp Dimension (preferred), or similar platforms like Murex, BlackRock Aladdin, or SS&C Advent</p></li><li><p>Strong technical knowledge of FIX connectivity (e.g., Bloomberg, TradeWeb), SWIFT MT/MX messaging standards, and market data services like RIMES</p></li><li><p>Proficiency in SQL, Python, Linux shell scripting, Oracle Database, Windows Server, and Control-M job scheduling</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with DevOps and automation tools such as Jenkins, Git, and Docker</p></li><li><p>Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to effectively bridge business and technical teams</p></li><li><p>Experience working in high-availability production environments and managing multiple priorities under pressure</p></li><li><p>Willingness and ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required for system maintenance or critical project deliverables</p></li></ul><p></p>
