<p>Duties:<br>1. Provide professional technical support and after-sales service to overseas customers, efficiently solving product usage issues;<br>2. Responsible for on-site product installation, debugging, maintenance and repair, ensuring stable equipment operation;<br>3. Maintain customer relationships, respond promptly to needs and drive problem resolution;<br><br>5. Participate in technical training, continuously improve professional skills and service standards;<br>6. Collaborate with internal R&D and product teams to continuously optimize products;<br>7. Need to be able to travel long-term abroad: the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, etc.<br>Requirements:<br>Bachelor's degree or above, electronic, electrical, mechanical engineering and other related fields are preferred. <br>Good English oral and written expression skills, English can be used as a working language. <br>Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, and be able to solve problems independently. <br>Have strong stress resistance and team spirit.</p>
