Duties:
1. Provide professional technical support and after-sales service to overseas customers, efficiently solving product usage issues;
2. Responsible for on-site product installation, debugging, maintenance and repair, ensuring stable equipment operation;
3. Maintain customer relationships, respond promptly to needs and drive problem resolution;
5. Participate in technical training, continuously improve professional skills and service standards;
6. Collaborate with internal R&D and product teams to continuously optimize products;
7. Need to be able to travel long-term abroad: the United States, Germany, the United Kingdom, etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or above, electronic, electrical, mechanical engineering and other related fields are preferred.
Good English oral and written expression skills, English can be used as a working language.
Have good communication skills and customer service awareness, and be able to solve problems independently.
Have strong stress resistance and team spirit.
