<p>We are looking for network product manager/consultant who will be leading the lifecycle of network products. You will drive innovation, ensure alignment with Huawei's global business goals, and oversee the development, launch, and support of network products. This position requires a blend of strategic vision, operational execution, and leadership skills to manage complex projects and partnerships.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Develop and execute product strategies that align with Huawei's business objectives and market demands.</li> <li>Oversee product development from concept to market, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.</li> <li>Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.</li> <li>Build and manage relationships with internal teams, partners, and external customers.</li> <li>Stay abreast of emerging technologies and drive the introduction of cutting-edge solutions.</li> <li>Ensure efficient allocation and utilization of resources to meet project and budgetary goals.</li> <li>Work with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to deliver successful product launches.</li> <li>Regularly assess product performance and provide feedback for continuous improvement.</li> </ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor or above in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.</li> <li>3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in networking or telecommunications.</li> <li>Solid knowledge of networking technologies, including carrier-grade and cloud solutions.</li> <li>Proven ability to develop and execute large-scale product strategies.</li> <li>Understanding of Huawei's product portfolio and ecosystem would be a plus</li> <li>Desired qualifications include certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, HCIE, or GCP, which demonstrate expertise in networking and product development in a B2B context.</li> <li>Familiarity with international markets and cross-border collaborations. -</li> </ul> <p></p> <p>In joining us, you will be have a chance to working as a global leader in networking and communications in which you will work with a talented, diverse team in a dynamic environment.</p>
