Interior Designer

Job Responsibilities:

1. Independently communicate with customers to deeply understand their needs and provide professional interior design solutions to ensure that the solutions meet customer expectations and actual usage needs.

2. Responsible for completing 3D effect diagrams, construction drawings and related material samples, ensuring the professionalism and accuracy of design results.

3. Strictly monitor the progress and cost of the project, ensure that it is completed on time and within budget, and promptly solve various problems that arise on the construction site.

4. Assist in the selection of suitable building materials and decorative materials, and provide professional advice to enhance design quality and overall effect.

5. Regularly report project progress to customers, maintain good customer relationships, and lay a solid foundation for future cooperation.

Requirements:

1. Hold a degree in interior design, architecture or a related professional field, with practical project experience being given priority.

2. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max/Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. design software, able to efficiently complete various design tasks.

4. Have excellent communication skills and service awareness, be able to meet with customers independently and clearly express design concepts, and at the same time be able to handle customer opinions and needs properly.

5. Pay attention to details, have good time management and multitasking skills, and be able to maintain a high work efficiency under pressure.
