Sales Manager / Sales Agent – European Market (Home Appliances / HVAC)

Location: Hong Kong or Mainland China (Flexible)

We are looking for an experienced Sales Team Member or Sales Agent to develop and expand our European market in the air conditioner, home appliances, or small appliances industry.

MUST have related industry experience and existing customer resources.

High basic salary plus commission.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales channels across European markets.

• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners.

• Identify new business opportunities and expand market share.

• Coordinate with factories and internal teams to ensure smooth order execution.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer demands in Europe.

• Achieve sales targets and support long-term market development strategies.

Requirements

• Experience in air conditioner, home appliances, or small appliances sector.

• Familiar with European distribution channels and B2B sales.

• Existing contacts with European distributors or retailers is a strong advantage.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English ; additional European languages are a plus.

• Base in Hong Kong or Mainland China (frequent international communication required).
